Privacy Policy

Minutes FC is an app for football coaches to plan lineups, record matches and keep track of player statistics. It is made by AXW Consulting Pty Ltd (ABN 90 658 176 222) in Sydney, Australia — “we” in this policy means AXW Consulting. This policy explains what the app does with the information you put into it.

What the app stores

You choose what to enter. Typically that is:

• Teams: name, club, kit colours, match format, and a badge if you add one.
• Seasons: a name, the age group, the dates they cover, and the format their matches use.
• Players: name, squad number, positions, and optionally a birth year (the year only — never a full date of birth) and a photo.
• Matches: opponent name, date, ground, competition, lineups, and everything recorded during the match — goals, cards, substitutions and minutes played.

Photos are optional. Badges and player photos are stored inside the app on your device, and in your own iCloud storage if sync is on, exactly like the rest of your team’s data. Choosing a photo uses Apple’s own photo picker, so the app only ever receives the one image you pick — it has no access to your photo library.

Please only add the information you actually need. A first name and last initial is enough for the app to work, and no photo at all is a perfectly good way to use it.

Where it is stored

• On your device. All of it, so the app works with no signal at the pitch.
• In your own iCloud account, if you turn on iCloud sync, so it appears on your other devices and can be shared with coaches you invite. That data sits in your private iCloud storage, under your Apple Account. We have no access to it.

We do not operate servers that receive your team’s data. Nothing is uploaded to us.

What we don’t do

• We don’t collect analytics, usage data or device identifiers.
• We don’t track you, and we don’t share anything with advertisers or data brokers.
• We don’t show ads.
• We don’t sell data. There is nothing for us to sell — we never receive it.

Sharing with other coaches

If you share a team, the coaches you invite can see and edit that team’s players, matches and statistics. Sharing happens through Apple’s iCloud sharing. You can remove someone’s access at any time, from within the app.

Children’s data

Squads often include children. The app is designed to hold as little as possible about them: no contact details, no full dates of birth, and no accounts for players. Player information is visible only to you and to any coach you choose to share the team with.

Player photos are off by default and never required. If you coach children, please follow your club’s own rules about photographing children and about recording and sharing player information — and use initials or first names, with no photo, where that is enough.

Purchases

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. We receive confirmation from Apple that a subscription is active, but never your payment details. Apple’s own privacy policy covers that transaction.

Deleting your data

• In the app: Settings → Data → Delete everything removes every team, player and match on the device.
• Deleting the app removes the local copy.
• iCloud: if sync is on, data can also be removed in Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage.

There is no account to delete, because the app doesn’t create one.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published here with a new date at the top.
